At Loudoun Counseling Services, we believe that everyone deserves access to effective, relatable therapy. Our diverse team of licensed clinicians specializes in working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families—meeting you where you are and walking beside you toward your goals.
My goal for therapy is to create a safe space for my clients to process their experiences and mental health challenges. In the therapeutic process, I frequently provide psychoeducation on emotional regulation, assertiveness, communication skills, boundary setting and enforcement, and conflict resolution. I provide my client’s with education, tools, and resources to use while in treatment and after the counseling relationship has ended.
