Where Change Becomes Opportunity

Founded in 2024 by Tracy Carter, LPC, Loudoun Counseling Services began as a solo practice rooted in a passion for dedicated, inclusive, and effective mental health care. Since then, LCS has grown into a collaborative group practice serving Loudoun County and surrounding areas, grounded in a shared mission to meet clients with empathy and clinical excellence. We serve individuals aged 6 and up with personalized care that supports the whole person—and the whole family system.
