BACKGROUND: I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life’s challenges and build resilience along the way. With a background as a school counselor, I bring a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional pressures students often face. This experience allows me to connect with clients in a meaningful and supportive way.
In my work, I focus on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, executive functioning challenges, neurodiversity (ADHD and other developmental disorders). I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—it should be as unique as each individual. I take the time to truly get to know my clients and tailor my approach to support their specific needs and goals.
My goal is to provide a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to open up, explore their experiences, address their challenges, and celebrate their progress. I use a person-centered approach, drawing from solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and executive functioning strategies to support meaningful, lasting growth.
